Billing, ownership, and cancellation
Are there any setup fees?
No. The design and build are free on every plan. Your first monthly payment is due when the site goes live.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time and the change takes effect on your next billing date.
What counts as a content edit?
Updating hours, swapping photos, adding a special, changing prices, or adjusting copy. Larger additions like new pages or features are quoted separately or covered by a higher plan.
What happens if I cancel?
Give us 30 days notice. We export your content, hand you your domain settings, and help you point it wherever you are headed next.
Do you handle my domain?
You keep ownership of your domain and we manage the technical settings for you. If you do not have one yet, we will help you register it in your name.
