Who we are
Bignova (“Bignova”, “we”) builds and hosts websites for local businesses. This policy covers the website at https://www.gobignova.com. Client websites we build have their own privacy policies.
What we collect
- Contact form details. When you send us a message we receive the name, business name, email, phone number, and message you provide. We use it only to reply to you and discuss your project.
- Anonymous analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which records page views and general device and region information without cookies and without identifying you personally.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and reliability.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel, which hosts this site and provides analytics.
- Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own privacy and security terms.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser only.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete anything you have sent us by emailing hello@gobignova.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
