The content on https://www.gobignova.com is provided for general information about Bignova’s services. We work to keep it accurate, but details such as pricing and feature availability can change. The specific terms of any engagement are set out in the agreement you sign with us.

Our services in brief

• We design and build your website at no charge.
• You pay a monthly plan that covers hosting, security, maintenance, and any features you turn on.
• Plans are month to month. Either party may end the plan with 30 days written notice.
• You own your domain name, your content, your images, and your customer data. The platform, templates, and code that run the site remain ours.
• If you leave, we will export your content and help you point your domain elsewhere. The site itself stops being served at the end of your final billing period.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to use the text, images, and logos you give us, and that the information on your site is accurate. You agree not to use a site we host for anything unlawful.

Limits

We provide the website and hosting as described in your plan. We are not responsible for lost revenue or indirect damages arising from downtime, third-party services, or changes in search engine or AI assistant behavior, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.
